How do you reach an audience in 30 seconds?

Talk magazine is for 3,000 call centre agents across the UK who serve Post Office customers.

This is a challenging audience. Young, busy people with maybe only 30 seconds between calls to glance through the magazine.

The solution? “I wanted the design to be like a box of chocolates. Readers dip in and out, choosing whatever catches their eye,” said Joel O’Connor, AB’s head of creative.
